GLOOM: Knees deep in the code
This update just to say i’m fine, my time is shared for now between my RL issue at hand:
- Finding a new apartment (my roomate is moving and this place is too fucken expensive for me alone)
- Making progress on the KDC hud.
I finally found a pretty solid and fast LSL devellopment IDE for LSL in the name of Eclipse IDE with the LSL PLUS package it’s pretty nifty so far, and it include a code simulator for all the base debugging you might want to do, plus it kind of “precompile” your code, as in strip comments and tighten the syntax so you can paste it in the SL editor and nobody will understand what the hell you wrote (i’m joking on this part).
Just did a little screen, while staying as obscure as possible 😀
Left 4 dead didn’t prevent me to work :)
Well even if i’ve been having a blast with the demo of left 4 dead (Â http://www.l4d.com/Â ) i still found time to continue on my little leather outfit, and here is the result , so far.
I DO have to give up on makin a sculpted belt to cover the textured one, it seems the sl avatar is varying too much here to allow anything decent looking, i’ve now done stitches in places i feel are realistic, added the little eyelets on the straps made the gloves and the tights. I’m pondering if it’s worth anything to make scultped straps for the legs and arms, and if yes… shall i do strap holders like on the others?
The shading is still a little off and really overkill on the arms but i won’t touch up this part much until i solve my problems with color profiles on my computer, no interest really to work the shading if imnot sure what i’m doing is accurately replicated on other people’s screen.

rebuilding the avatar
Well again i’ve been doing not much for a lot of time.
My intention is to produce a completely new range of latex/leather products, in order to do this i need to sharpen my tools. This is why i started the mad project of rebuilding the high resolution sl avatar that i had been using … from complete scratch.
Once this is done i should be able to release a new version of my latex catsuits that will totally blow your eyes 🙂 aswell as other high quality products. Of course.
(Yep it isn’t that amazing looking, there is a lot of stuffs not modeled or not finished.)

Not exactly finished but we are getting there.
Tiny upgrade
I made a priority 4 animation for the laced armbinder (as requested by a few of you) you can request it directly from me so you can swap it with your old. Also any future bought laced armbinder will have this anim by default
I know it isn’t much, still, enjoy 🙂
Minor NetSys update
I made a small fix to the zoompannel for the net sys vendor. It should get rid of some erroneous texture applications (and their pesky error messages).
Lockmeister and fixing LindenLabs bugs
If you are a little in the SL BDSM community and also if you ever bought a few of my gears, there was a little annoying bug that appeared after one of LindenLabs updates, it was basically blocking particles in active state, and any call to llParticleSystem([]); would be ignored by the object.
Well I found by pure coincidence that the problem was magically disappearing if you where unlinking/linking the object so I took a big chunk of today’s morning to fix and repack EVERY KDC items (That’s about 30/40 items to check out and test) that where affected by this problem.
If you happen to have a LockMeister item that behave strangely, like refuse to unchain and things like this, send me a nice IM and i will gladly replace it for a fixed version.
