Riveting, padding and a bunch of adjustments.

With yesterday’s tests, I figured the most “logical” solution was to put the rivets on a conical surface rather than a flat one. Again this is “design” stuff and serve no purpose to the creation of the object itself, but is useful to ensure that it will look ‘right”… And that’s important.

There is now a groove in the fitting to accommodate the outer cap lip (there is also a slight taper but that’s not really visible) and make the leather a little thinner around the hole. I quickly built up the padding on the back side and added the opposite heads of the rivets.

Not in the pictures, I considerably extended the sides because it is supposed to go almost at ear level for the straps to work, I also removed a section of the padding in this area. Unless I change my mind, that’s where the straps will be attached (on the underside basically)

I’m gonna leave this part alone for a little while now and focus on the straps.

Second draft, getting somewhere.

After yesterday’s pathetic attempt I decided to start with the metallic elements first to get a sense of how much headroom I will need to get everything in place. This led to a much better result. While making those internal plugs in all their details isn’t really that important, they help going through the design process. I’m pretty happy with the layout, the external rubber cap is nice and flush with the rest.

I like those “industrial looking” surface notches, normally you use these with a sort of socket wrench to tighten some fittings. As with the rest of my leather objects, the back of the leather panel will receive some generous padding to get rid of most of the gaps.

And it’s … kind of bad. I should probably start with the metal gag part and then build the panel around it, this doesn’t really do it for me.

Heat

The heatwave currently ravaging Europe is putting a serious damper on my ability to concentrate on anything productive. Midnight is only a few minutes away and I can’t seems to get my apartment to come down from 30°C (outside reads 26°C but cycling air in here is very difficult). I’m hoping that this will pass soon.

Until it does I’m going to limit my time online and I’ll try to make things a bit more bearable…

Emergency patch released!

The following products where affected by the animation bug:

  • All collars.
  • All wrist cuffs.
  • All Elbow cuffs.
  • The chastity belt.
  • The nipple rings.

They all received an emergency patch to correct the issue, just wear the item for a little while and it will detect that there is an update available.

Again, sorry about the inconvenience.

Massive animation bug on the newly patched items

It had to happen! I messed up and it turns out that nobody but “me” can actually access the notecard database for animations. If you already received your updates for the new updates, please know that I am currently working on a patch to fix the issue of “no animations are ever offered”.

All wrist/elbow cuffs updated

I added the new collar animations to all the wrist cuffs and updated everything to the new codebase.

I’m almost done! not yet but almost!

More code patches

I just pushed a new version of the RLV activator (2.2) Nothing changed beside a new menu option so you can lock it on yourself to prevent it’s removal when you change outfits.

Products updated:

  • Lined chrome chastity belt.
  • Nipple piercings.
  • Nose Piercing.

Endless rounds of update

The following items have just been updated:

  • The stuffed Ballgag.
  • The bit serie (all of them).
  • The PonyPlay bridle.
  • The classic leather blindfold.
  • Matte and latex versions of the wasp gas mask

Nothing really, new beside the RLV changes that I mentioned previously.

Strict leather braced posture collar, new animations.

I just pushed an update to the strict leather braced posture collar, you guys are getting two extra sets of animations to utilize the side rings of the collar. In addition, the two back straps can now be locked independently from each others.
